INTRODUCTION
Oral communication becomes a problem for
tourists visiting a foreign country/state.
Mobi-Talk aims at solving this problem by
allowing the tourists to convey their queries to
the localites in the local language.
This user friendly mobile based application
converts text in form of words/phrases to
voice files of any desired language.
EXISTING SYSTEM
1. Online Translator.
Translates words or phrases to selected language on a computer
with internet connectivity.
Eg. Google online translator.
2. Computerized Dictionary.
Computer based Software to translate a word to the desired
language.
Eg. Everest dictionary.
3. Multi Lingual Communicator(MLC).
Mobile based software to convert predefined words to voice files in
some specific languages.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM

Internet connectivity which is difficult to maintain

MLC does not provide a user friendly option to add new
