SCOPE OF WORK
1. Development of the railway that
connects the airport terminal to
the Manggarai-Soekarno Hatta
airport has a total length about
33 km (6 stations).
2. Design, build, finance, operate,
and transfer the entire railway
and associated facilities at the
government at the end of the
concession period.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Currently, Jakarta population has exceeded 10 million
people and only one access to the airport via the toll road.
With an annual total of 51,5 million passengers and
annual increase of 15%, it caused a need of alternative
transportation in order to respond toward the
tremendeous groth.

Harbor area is about 250 ha with elevation
of 4 meters above sea level :
1. Reclamation area about 140 ha.
2. Ciparage coastal area about 110 ha.
Harbor pond depth : 13 m.
Harbor pond length : 1.25 km.
Harbor pond pier : 2.5 km.
Total pier length : 3.4 km..

Land Acqusittion Value: US$ 2,36 million
Future growth of shipping activities in West Java have to be
accommodated by an adequate port facilities. To support this,
the expansion of the Port of Tanjung Priok - Cilamaya needs to
be done. This will reduce transportation costs for industry in
the northern region of West Java and increase the
comparative advantage for export commodities.

BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer)
To achieve the MDGs target and avoid land subsidence, the
local government intends to offer the project under a PPP
scheme. This project will supply 1,051 I/s water from
Jatibarang Dam (to be completed in 2014). It will serve the
Western Semarang area, consisting of 3 districts: Semarang
Barat Sub District, Tugu Sub District, and Ngaliyan Sub
District.

Kertajati airport development aims to reduce the burden of
