How to Help Your Child
Prepare for the SAT or ACT?
• Students can start taking the PSAT test
in the 9th grade.
• This test is a great way to practice test
taking skills before taking the SAT in the
Spring of Junior year.
• Sign up for THE EDGE Fall semester of
Senior year.
• Students have access to the Method Test
Prep through Career Cruising their
Junior and Senior year.

Things to remember…
• Freshman Year counts!
• Grades are used as a prerequisite for many
high school courses
• Encourage your child to keep their grades up
• Academic Labs are available if help is needed

help them prepare for college
