If you would like to choose a course(s)
that is different than the course
assignment, you must complete this form
and have it signed by a parent/guardian.
 It is highly recommended that you speak
with your teacher(s) and counselor
regarding the course (courses) you wish
to change.

PROMOTION
You must earn 9 credits to be promoted to
the 11th grade.
 Courses can be repeated in the place of
an elective course.
 Grade/Credit recovery and/or Plato may
be options to repeat courses.
 Summer school MAY NOT be offered.
 CHOOSE WISELY!

Your registration card should be
signed by a parent/guardian.
Registration Cards for Sophomores are due
No Later Than
Wednesday, February 29th.
You will meet with Mrs. Watkins
individually to discuss your registration
and graduation requirements. Sign up
sheets for appointment times will be
available in the cafeteria.
If you do not turn in a signed registration
card, you will be registered for the courses
that appear on your registration card now,
and electives will be chosen for you.
