What Will The

Consumers who purchase one of the previously mentioned Simmons Beautyrest mattress
and foundation sets will receive their choice of four options.

Point of Sale Flyer
Each store will be sent flyers for
this event which should be
made available to sales
associates and consumers.
The flyer details the qualifying
items that must be purchased
in order for a customer to
receive their choice in the
Kindle package.
The flyer clearly states the
dates of the event. The event
is for customers making a
qualifying purchase between
May 19, 2016 and June 6, 2016.
Reminder: This offer is only
available to FMG members.
Other Simmons Beautyrest
dealers in your trading area will
not be making this offer.
What has to happen for
the customer to get the
Kindle voucher?
Here are the steps(continued):
1.
Back page of flyer- text for customers
that have made a purchase.
Customer makes purchase. Store
provides Customer a flyer explaining how
to go about getting their choice of the
Kindle package (see back of flyer, left).
Stores will receive flyers to be given
customers at time of sale. If, for any
reason, flyers are not available, it is
possible to go to the Current News page
at www.fmgbuyinggroup.com (password
required) or
www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.
aspx (no password needed) to
download and print a copy of the flyer
which can be given to the customer.
Consumers may qualify for more than one gift
by purchasing more than one complete
mattress and foundation set. One gift per
complete mattress and adjustable base set.
There is no limit on the number of gift cards
per customer.

customer to get the Kindle
voucher?

How Do I Find The Dealer Worksheet?

At the conclusion of the
event, each participating
retailer must provide to
FMG a listing of all
Customers that have
made a qualifying
purchase during the
event.
This simple spreadsheet
requires a modest amount
of information--name,
address, phone, retailer,
branch, date and items
purchased.
What has to happen for the
customer to get the Kindle
voucher?
Here are the steps (continued):
3. Upon completion of sale
(purchased items are delivered
to the customer) store is to notify
FMG using the Dealer Worksheet
(see prior page) that the
Customer should be sent a
voucher. FMG will notify Capitol
Marketing that the voucher is to
be released to the Customer.
Customer will not be sent
voucher until the DELIVERY DATE
has been completed.
Voucher REQUEST must submitted
by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing
on or before November 30, 2016.
What has to happen for the
customer to get the Kindle
voucher?

4. Customer receives the voucher from
Capitol Marketing.
The voucher can be completed in
writing and returned to Capitol
Marketing by

Customer redeems the voucher by
following the instructions on the

How is the event being supported?
Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been
designed for all FMG stores. The banners are
designed to accommodate grommets so that
they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a
wall, or hung from the ceiling. The graphic
design files for banner signs are available at

Each store will be responsible to have flyers
available for customers that purchase a
qualifying product between May 19, 2016 and
June 6, 2016. Approximately 100 will be sent to
each store location.
A .pdf of the flyer is also available at

and may be downloaded by stores as needed.

advertising your store might produce.
Customers will receive a voucher for a Kindle from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The
voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line. Gifts will be received through the mail.
Offer valid for purchases made between May 19, 2016 and June 6, 2016 at participating dealers only.
Only one choice from the Kindle package per voucher. Vouchers will only be mailed to the original purchaser.
Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the choice from
the Kindle package directly to the purchasing consumer in 3 to 6 weeks.
In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the choice from Kindle package will be deducted from any refund.
Vouchers are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances.
Voucher REQUEST must submitted by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing on or before November 30, 2016.
All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption. Prior sales excluded.
