Each store will be sent flyers
for this event which should be
made available to sales
associates and consumers.
The flyer details the qualifying
items that must be purchased
in order for a customer to
receive the bed bundle.
The flyer clearly states the
dates of the event. The event
is for customers making a
qualifying purchase between
February 4, 2016 and
February 23, 2016.
Reminder: This offer is only
available to FMG members.
Other Simmons Beautyrest
dealers in your trading area
will not be making this offer.
What has to happen for
the customer to get the
bed bundle voucher?
Here are the steps(continued):
1.
Customer makes purchase. Store
provides Customer a flyer explaining
how to go about getting their
premium bed bundle voucher. (see
back of flyer, right). Stores will receive
flyers to be given customers at time of
sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not
available, it is possible to go to the

download and print a copy of the flyer
which can be given to the customer.

What has to happen for
the customer to get the
bed bundle voucher?
Here are the
steps(continued):
2. Record of qualifying
sale.
At the conclusion of the
event, each participating
retailer must provide to
FMG a listing of all
Customers that have
made a qualifying
purchase during the
event.
This simple spreadsheet
requires a modest amount
of information--name,
address, phone, retailer,
branch, date and items
purchased.

What has to happen for the
customer to get the bed
bundle voucher?
Here are the steps (continued):
3. Upon completion of sale
(purchased items are delivered to
the customer) store is to notify FMG
using the Dealer Worksheet (see
prior page) that the Customer
should be sent a voucher. FMG will
notify Capitol Marketing that the
voucher is to be released to the
Customer.
Customer will not be sent voucher
until the DELIVERY DATE has been
completed.
Voucher REQUEST must submitted
by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing
on or before August 31, 2016.
What has to happen for
the customer to get the
bed bundle voucher?
Here are the steps (continued):
4. Customer receives the
voucher from Capitol Marketing.
The voucher can be completed
in writing and returned to
Capitol Marketing by

Mail
OR
•
On-line (website title to be
named later)
and entering the voucher
certificate number.
Customer redeems the voucher
by following the instructions on
the voucher certificate.
How is the event
being supported?
Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been
designed for all FMG stores. The banners are
designed to accommodate grommets so that
they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a
wall, or hung from the ceiling. The graphic

Each store will be responsible to have flyers
available for customers that purchase a
qualifying product between February 4, 2016
and February 23, 2016. Approximately 100 will
be sent to each store location.

and may be downloaded by stores as needed.

Receive bed bundle voucher by mail.
Customers will receive a voucher for a bed bundle from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The
voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line.
Offer valid for purchases made between February 4, 2016 and February 23, 2016 at participating dealers only.
Only one premium sheet set and comforter per voucher. Vouchers will only be mailed to the original purchaser.
Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the bed bundle
directly to the purchasing consumer in 2 to 4 weeks.
In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the bed bundle will be deducted from any refund.
Vouchers are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances.
Voucher REQUEST must submitted by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing on or before August 31, 2016.
All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption. Prior sales excluded.
