Recent Appointments

Over the past few months, the Marketing team under the leadership of Lizzy Ryley
Marketing General Manager, commenced its transformation to deliver a clear marketing
strategy that is customer driven and will guide our commercial activities.
A new structure has been designed to ensure that we align the marketing strategy to our
overall business strategy, which has been segmented into five clear streams:
General Manager–
Supermarket Marketing
Head of Trade Planning
& Customer insights
Head of Private
Label Brand
Head of Marketing
Operations
Head of Marketing
Strategy
Head of Brand
Communications
As a result we are pleased to announce the following appointments, reporting into Lizzy
Ryley:
Adam Fry to the role of Head of Trade Planning and Customer Insights. In this role
Adam will develop and managing the Supermarket Trade Plan, engaging all stakeholders
including vendors. Adam will also be responsible for the consolidation, analysis and
implementation of related Customer Insights for the Supermarket business.
Matt Cole to the role of Head of Private Label Brand. In this role Matt will be
responsible for the Supermarkets’ private label brand strategy and implementation across
packaging design, artwork and pre-press production as well as consumer marketing.
Karen Madden to the role of Head of Marketing Operations. In this role Karen will be
responsible for retail advertising, POS including ticketing and agency contract
management. Karen brings a wealth of marketing experience to the team and we look
forward to her starting in the business in May 2012.

Recent Appointments
Maya William to the role of Head of Marketing Strategy. In this role Maya will be
responsible for customer insight, key market development, marketing strategy and brand
review. Maya brings strong international marketing expertise joining us in late May/June
2012.
The role for Head of Brand Communications will be announced at a later date.
We also welcome to the marketing team Ivy Yeo Lay Huen to the role of Trade Insights
Analyst reporting into Adam Fry. Ivy will join us in May 2012
Karen Audley will move in May to the role of Supermarkets Operations Program
Manager.
