Lycopene.
Red fruits, such as strawberries,
cherries, tomatoes, contain
lycopene, which can help to prevent
certain types of cancer.

and they can be included in all of your meals.
Remember though that all red fruits are good
for you so try to eat as much as possible.

and Get Screened.

your chance of successful treatment.
Get Your Immunizations
Some cancers are associate with infections
that can be prevented with vaccinations, such
as Hepatitis B (which can increase your risk
of liver cancer) and Human papillomavirus
(which can cause cervical cancer). See your
doctor and get recommended vaccinations.

• Studies indicate that stress
weakens the immune system
and can promote the growth
and spread of cancer.
