I. Workshop Objectives
The objectives of this workshop are to:
Promote further understanding of CDM for the relevant
stakeholders that have the potential to reduce
greenhouse gases in Cambodia;
Encourage ownership and active participation of
concerned stakeholders in CDM;
Generate support from concerned stakeholders; and
Identify issues and opportunity of CDM in Cambodia.
II. Workshop Approach
This one-day workshop will use:
Advance distribution of handout materials;
Presentation;
Panel discussion; and
Group discussion.
III. Expected Outputs
Better understanding about CDM by all participants;
More support from policy makers and relevant
stakeholders;
Identification of issues and opportunities to participate
in CDM;
Recommendations from participants on how to benefit
from CDM; and
Production of workshop proceedings.
