held on 4-5 June and

Objective of workshops at water
expert level/senior manager level
•
To inform water experts from the EECCA
countries on the practical and operational
aspects of implementing the Water
Framework Directive style of water
management focussed on the river basins
•
To bring together senior managers/directors
of water from the EECCA countries with
experts on EU water policy to share
experiences on opportunities that exist for
cost-effective, risk-based, policy-relevant
monitoring and reporting
