Diet tip
Physicians said
Physicians tell us that to significantly
reduce cholesterol thought diet, a person
must limit his or he intake of fat to 20 or
fewer grams of fat per day. Creating a
diet of 20 less of total dietary fat per day
(and not go hungry)is no small task.
(The typical American consumes
approximately 85 grams of fat per day!)
A simple day’s diet
Eating three regularly scheduled meals a
day is another part of healthy diet —a
healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch and a
healthy dinner every day. While we know
that this isn't always easy, we also know
that eating on a schedule will help you
avoid between-meal hunger, which often
leads to overeating at the next meal.
Here's a 1400-calorie sample
one-day menu to use as a
guide:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup fruit cocktail in juice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt mixed with
fruit
Lunch:
2 slices light whole wheat bread
2 oz turkey ham and 1 oz low-fat
cheese
1/8 avocado, sliced alfalfa sprouts
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup baby carrots
2 Tbsp nonfat dressing for dipping
1 apple
Dinner:
4 oz chicken leg, no skin, bake1 cup
whole wheat pasta
4 Tbsp low-fat vinaigrette, 2 for
marinade and 2 to toss with past
(add extra vinegar, lemon juice or
water as needed)
1 cup broccoli and 1 cup zucchini,
steamed and tossed with pasta8 oz.
1% milk
Snack:
1 cup cantaloupe melon
1/4 cup cottage cheese OR 8 oz
skim milk
1 1/4 cups strawberries—blend with ice
for a shake

Liposuction
Now I want to talk about the
liposuction .
What is Liposuction?
Liposuction is the surgical vacuuming of fat
from beneath the surface of the skin. It is used
to reduce fullness in any area of the body. It is
an excellent method of spot reduction but is
not an effective method of weight loss.
Liposuction is a procedure that can help
sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat
from specific areas, including the abdomen,
hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin,
cheeks and neck.
Although no type of liposuction is a
substitute for dieting and exercise, liposuction
can remove stubborn areas of fat that don't
respond to traditional weight-loss methods.
Who is a candidate for liposuction?
Generally people who have localized
areas of protruding fat achieve the most
dramatic results. Patients who are
slightly overweight can benefit from
liposuction. It is best to be at or near
your normal weight. Good skin elasticity
permits the skin to shrink easily to the
reduced contour. There are no absolute
age limits for liposuction.
What areas are most frequently treated?
In women, the single most frequently treated areas
are the outer thighs, followed by the stomach. In men,
the flank area or "love handles" are treated most
frequently.
Women may have liposuction performed under the
chin, on their hips, thighs, and stomach, and in the
under arm and breast area.
Women may have liposuction
performed under the chin, on their hips,
thighs, and stomach, and in the under
arm and breast area.
For men, common sites include under
the chin and around the waist.
Liposuction may also be used in the
reduction of enlarged male breasts, a
condition known as gynecomastia.
The best candidates for liposuction are
of normal weight with localized areas of
excess fat-- for example, in the buttocks,
hips, and thighs.
The surgeon inserts a cannula through
small incisions in the skin. At the other
end of the tube is a vacuum-pressure unit
that suctions off the fat.
As healing progresses, a more
proportional look will emerge.
Liposuction seems very simple and safe. Are
there any dangers?
Although liposuction is very safe and
effective, it is a surgical procedure and can
cause complications such as infection,
bleeding, and nerve damage. In addition,
aesthetic complications such as skin
irregularity or waviness can occur if too much
fat has been removed. Fortunately,
complications are uncommon and most
patients are satisfied with their results.
According to the aforementioned, I
think the best way to lose weight is to
exercise constantly and have a balanced
diet.Do not eat fried or junk food .
Then you will thin .
