What is podcasting?
•The combination of the words “ipod” and
“broadcasting.”
•Creating and publishing audio files on the
internet.
•“Digital radio shows” patrons subscribe.
Do you need an iPod for podcasting?
No, but with a voice recorder students can use
the iPod for interviews or groups podcasting.
Creating Podcasts with iPods
• Very easy if you have the accessories
• Simply attach the microphone
• Click “Record” by pushing the
center of the wheel.
• “Pause” or “Stop and Save”
