we get our energy from?
• How do we build muscle?
Building Muscle
• Must break down

• Rebuild
Break Down-Recover-Rebuild
• It is ok to STRUGGLE and Break Down.
• Don’t Quit.
• Start STRONG...RECOVER Finish STRONG !

30 second toe-touches
180 seconds (60X3 or 60+60+60) walk/jog/run

• Superhero Tag

• Superhero stations:
• Take the super scooters and save those who
need rescuing or recovery (PULL).
• Take flight on the stability ball and bring
balance to the universe.
• Use your super speed to get around the bases.
• Super strength to throw planets into the solar
system (basketball)
