• Reduce the risk of injury
• improve muscle strength/ endurance
• Improve muscle balance
• Increase flexibility

Injury Prevention
• Do not overtrain, get enough rest
• Strength training for improving
-Weak muscles and Muscle imbalance
• Reduce muscle stiffness
• Must do warm-up and cool-down
-dynamic stretching, static stretching, foam rolling
The best way to reduce risk of injury is to strengthen your muscles!
