Cardiovascular endurance
 to be able to finish physical jobs; to not be too tired
by the end of the day.
 is the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to
deliver oxygen to working muscles and tissues
Muscular endurance
 to be able to carry out repetitive tasks without tiring
easily; to be able to finish an exercise programme.
 is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to
sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for
an extended period of time.

 to be able to perform a physical activity quickly; to
get physical jobs done quickly.
 The ability to move your whole (or part) body from

Muscular Strength
 to be able to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
