Accessing MyUni
• Access to MyUni requires UniKey – your University
user account
• UniKey consists of a username/password pair
• All students have a UniKey account; details are
included in your enrolment pack
• Note: UniKey does not give access to the Library’s
electronic resources

Email
• All students are provided with a University email
address

• Official communication is sent to this address
– You can set up mail forwarding by using the Helpdesk Express
Account Tools available on the IT Assist website
• Accessing your email
– Access to your email is free at any Access Centre
– You can access email from any internet-connected computer
• Some departments issue additional email accounts

– Computers in the University Access Labs are available to all students
– Some faculties operate their own computer labs

• ICT Helpdesk
Available to all students
– Visit at the University Computing Centre (H08)
– Assistance is also available in some Access Labs
– By Phone: +61 2 9351 6000.
During semester: the phones are staffed from:
8:00am to 9:00pm AEST Monday – Thursday
8:00am to 7:45pm on Fridays
Outside of semester the phones are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm
Monday - Friday.
