LETTER OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this ____ day of __________, 2006 by and between
the Town of Watertown, a municipal corporation duly organized under the
laws of Massachusetts and having a usual place of business at 149 main
Street, Watertown, Massachusetts, acting by and through its Board of Health,
hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, and MedImmune, Inc, a Maryland
corporation having a usual place of business at One MedImmune Way,
Gaithersburg, MD, hereinafter referred to as “MedImmune”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, MedImmune has developed a state public health initiative (the
“MedImmune State-based Pandemic Readiness Program” or
“Program”) to assist states in developing pandemic preparedness plans as a
part of the state agency’s(ies) administration of the Pandemic Influenza
Health Act of 2006; and
