Baseline CNV
At the start of the TUCP programme 20132016 we developed three tools, partly
based on models introduced by the Dutch
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to collect
information for the baseline:
• The “Organisational Checklist”
• A “questionnaire” based on the
organisation assessment model, called “5
Core Capabilities” (5C’s)
• And the questionnaire on the positioning
in the civil society, strongly based on the
“Civil Society Index” (CSI)
Organizational checklist (OC)
• Linked to monitoring protocol of CNV
• Filled in every year by PO’s
• Also functions as a database for the
PO’s
