The Mississippi River is 2,348 miles long. The Nile
River is 4,160 miles long. The Amazon River is 4,000
miles long. Order these rivers from shortest to longest
Define penny, nickel, dime, quarter and dollar bill.
How much is each unit of currency worth, give an
example of something you could buy with each.
When counting up to find change you should start
with the least valuable and count up so you don’t get to
much change. Ex. If something cost $2.45 and you give
the cashier $3.00 you would count back like this:
Nickle = 2.50
Quarter = 2.75
Quarter = 3.00
1 nickle + 2 quarters = 51 cents
