Add the digits (e.g. 27 = 2 + 7 = 9)
If the digits add up to 3, 6 or 9 they
belong to the 3x table and 3 will
divide into them exactly.

This means they end with 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8.
As you already know: Double 2 is 4
So when you multiply any number by 2 and then
double it . It is the same as multiplying by 4
