Buzz Word Game
• Goal: Check for understanding of parts of
speech, but can be adapted for other skills.
• Make a list of words to pop up on the board
• Give the student a part of speech to identify
(ex.- verbs)
• If the word that pops up is a verb, they say
the word.
• If it is not, they call out “Buzz!”
