4 weeks till OAA!
Language Arts:
-This week we will be reading a reader’s theater called “The Robodogs of Greenville.” This is a review week covering
concepts from the last 4 lessons.
-Our robust vocabulary words are: require, functional, inhabitant, amazement, ample, responsibility, futuristic,
realistic, confused, and shifting.
-Our focus skills for this week are cause/effect relationships and sequencing using time order words.
-We will be reviewing the verb be and using past, present, and future tense verbs correctly.
-Our writing skill is friendly letters.
I hope you all had a wonderful spring break! We are only four weeks away from the OAA!
Science
This week students will continue working in small groups
on their life cycle/animal projects. They are creating a
envelope informational book on interesting animals.
These books will include facts about their habitats,
characteristics of the animal, predators, prey, life
cycle, and other interesting facts.

missing one reenrollment form. I am
so happy to see that most of you are
returning next year!
-Thank you to all of you that really
tried when completing your Spring
Break OAA packet. Your hard work is
going to pay off in a few weeks. You
really are going to rock the OAA!
-The Rock Hall visit went off without
any major problems. Thanks Emonie’s
grandfather, Gabby’s grandmother
and Ms. Foster for joining us. I
couldn’t have done it without you. 
