Commands
A “nosotros” command is one that is
expressed with “let’s” in English.
Ejemplo:
Let’s go to the movies.
Let’s have a party.
Formation
Begin with the present tense “yo”
form.

For most verbs, remove the –o ending
and add:
-emos for –ar verbs
-amos for –er/-ir verbs



the nosotros commands.
Use the second stem-change in the

direct, indirect or reflexive pronouns
Direct Object Pronoun

*Pronouns are attached on to the command.
*Place the accent onto the a of –amos or the e of
–emos if a pronoun is attached.
Indirect Object Pronoun

Let’s write to him.
With a direct and indirect object
pronoun together, indirect comes
first.
Limpiar
Limpiemoslelo.
Limpiemosselo. “le” changes to “se”
Limpiémoselo. Drop one “s”
Again, indirect comes first
