There are two ways to suggest
that others do some activity with
you…

1) You can use the future construction
from Spanish 1: Vamos + a + infinitive
• Vamos a
reconciliarnos.
• Vamos a apoyarnos.
• Vamos a resolver
nuestros problemas.
• Vamos a darle una
explicación.
• Let’s become friends
again.
• Let’s support (each
other).
• Let’s resolve our
problems.
• Let’s give him an
explanation.

command is the same as the present subjunctive.

To form nosotros
commands,
1) conjugate your verb in the
present tense “yo” form,
2) drop the “O” and
3) add “EMOS” for –AR verbs
and “AMOS” for –ER and –IR
verbs

Stem-changing verbs ending in
–AR and –ER have the same
stem changes in the subjunctive
as in the indicative.
This means that the nosotros
command WILL NOT STEMCHANGE.

nosotros commands, but precede
the negative nosotros command.
