The paper has 5 questions to be answered, one from each section. If you have
revised well you will be writing almost continuously for 2 hours – not a lot of time for
thinking! Each section has a,b,c & d questions which are worth 2,6,8 & 4 marks.
Approximately 1 mark per minute. So spend 2 mins on a) questions. Gettit?
How to answer the 4 types of questions
A) 2 marks – short 2 sentence definition – Don’t write too much.
B) 6 marks - Make at least 3 good points.
C) 8 marks – where it says choose one religion other than Christianity – we have
studied the Islam faith so unless you have a lot of knowledge of another religion,
answer for the Muslim faith. Make at least 4 good points.
D) 4 marks – use AADDY – A statement that agrees, religious view that agrees,
statement that disagrees, religious view that disagrees and what you think.
Remember to use some Christians…all Muslims…other Christians…some Muslims etc
