OF THE U.S. ARMY FEATURING SGT CORRIN CAMPBELL
Communication Objectives:
Hailing from Duluth, MN, combat veteran Corrin
Campbell has been following her dream of being a
musician for a lifetime, playing all over the world,
alongside the likes of Sarah McLachlan, Sara Bareilles,
and Toby Keith. However, nothing has brought Sgt. Campbell
more joy than the chance to show students that, whether they
decide to serve in the military, become a teacher, or go on to lead in
their communities in other ways, Soldiers are passionate and unique
individuals that support our country in all ways possible.
Activities:
SGT Corrin Campbell plays rock music for a living, and
is a soldier in the US Army. The tour is coming to your
school and we’re taking requests. Will she pick your
favorite at her upcoming performance she chose Hargrave High
School for one of her performances.
Key Take-Aways:
Though the Soldiers of this asset are Army Musicians by MOS, this
asset is not designed to recruit musicians into the Army. Though
that may be a successful by-product of the asset’s presence, our
focus is to help recruiters bridge conversations with new prospects
through the passion point of music.
