Task
• You are designing a web site for an online sales company. You have
been asked to design a “quality” web portal. Now you need to think
about what “quality” means.
• In groups of 4 or 5 students, answer the following questions:
• Identify three things that could be use to measure your website’s quality
• Describe three things that could go wrong if the quality of your website is not
satisfactory
• What are three ways that you could ensure that the quality of your website is
satisfactory?
