Brian Kelly:
• Employed at UKOLN, University of Bath
• A Web adviser to the higher / further education
and cultural heritage sectors
• Involved in the Web since 1992
• Helped set up Web service at University of Leeds
(when < 50 organisations had public Web service)
• Involved in promoting best practices and
innovations related to the Web
• Current mains interests:
