Try these steps first:
1. Use a different web browser
We find Chrome or Firefox work best, but some students report IE actually
working better for them. Try them all!
2. Clear your JAVA cache
Type “clear JAVA cache” into Google for directions.
3. Refer to the Orientation course
4. Ask your teacher (if it’s class specific)
5. Restart your computer

with them until the problem is resolved, or until they take your
