Things to Remember
Documents and support materials on the TC web site
Test window is from Dec 1st – Dec 18th
Two kinds of CCEs: secure and non-secure
Paper test copies are being provided for secure tests only
The only secure tests for the midyears are K-2 Math
There are no secure tests for middle schools or high schools
Two security agreements
One for test administrators (anyone giving a CCE)
2nd agreement for test coordinators and the school principal

Secure CCEs
Remember, only elementary will be getting
tests since only K-2 Math is secure
If you are elementary or K-8
We print the secure tests and deliver them to
you by November 20th, 2014
You print the answer sheets in PM
Don’t scan any secure answer sheets
○ Send them back to Accountability so we can
start the party

Non-secure CCEs

Non-secure tests can be either online or paper
If you choose paper, you need to print the tests
Tests can be printed from the TC web site
Answer sheets can be printed from PM
All midyear CCEs are required
