achieve many different developmental
tasks.

successful adult.
 What are some developmental tasks? (23)
Understanding and Accepting

about who you are

who you are, this can take a long
time to really find out who you are.

what you are good at and bad at
helps you to strengthen choices and goals

understands you, supports you, and
makes you feel better about yourself

Normal part of life
 Is feared, but that is ok
 We are more comfortable with what we know.
 Do not like to get outside our boxes, but is
important to so we grow and understand
differences are open to them and are less
judgmental of others.

This can be done by gathering information,
developing skills to help us adjust and being prepared
or have a plan (just remember to be able to adjust
plans if needed).

has shaped you into the person you
are today?
