Wash aloe Vera leaves and peel
off both the thorny sides and
one side of the leaf. Now with
the blunt side of knife cut the
pulp crush it in a mixer add a
pinch of salt take one spoon full
of this gel by mixing it with
water early in the morning and
before going to bed.
