Distilled water not regular water
½ a cup
Distilled water is a water that has many of its impurities
removed through distillation, by boiling.
Aloe Vera juice
1 cup
Aloe Vera juice contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E,
(the aloe Vera plant is one of the few plants to contain vitamin B12)
Baking soda
2 tablespoons
Baking Soda can
Treat Colds and the Flu, Eliminate Stinky Breath.
Witch hazel
1tablespoon
Witch Hazel is a natural product, obtained from the leaves of the
Witch Hazel plant. Its usually used for health purposes. we used it
because of its beautiful clean smell.
Peppermint oil
20 drops
Peppermint oil comes from Peppermint plant. It is known for its minty
taste and the remarkable “ cooling sensation” when tasted or touched
