ABSTRACT
Screening of Proteolitic Bacteria from Api Kayangan Soil Bojonegoro and
Influence pH to enzyme Activity
This research have been done by determined influence pH to crude enzyme
activity and produce from any isolation from Api Kayangan soil Bojonegoro. In
the first study taken by three different place and the result have three isolates, then
screening of proteolitic enzyme using media agar and skim milk have been done.
The activity result appeared by clear zone in media. Optimation growt bacteria
and production enzyme have done before crude enzyme production. The result
of crude enzyme was done activity test by Lowry method. The activity test to be done
used pH 5 to 10. The result of pH optimum was acid pH and neutral pH.
