Many factors affect your health. Some you cannot control,
such as your genetic makeup or your age. But you can
make changes to lifestyle. It’s never too late to change your
lifestyle. Healthy living keeps our health not only physically
but mentally too. The four main, key ingredients in leading a
healthy lifestyle is exercise, healthy eating and quit
smoking.
Healthy living:
Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a
living being. In humans, it is the general condition of a person's
mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or
pain (as in "good health" or "healthy").
Exercise:
One of the largest problems in Saudi Arabia
is lack of activity and exercise,, the body
was meant to move, and when it does not, it

•decrease the risk of heart disease
•Improve joint strength
•keep up the flexibility
•Improve mood and reduce depression
•Enhance self esteem
•Reduce stress
•Controls weight
What is exercise?
As it shows above exercise is good for the body and the
mind.
Exercises include walking, cycling, dancing,
swimming, rowing, jogging, Yoga, and Pilates.

Eating Healthy:
What you put into your body directly affects how you feel
physically, your mood, your mental clarity, your internal workings,
and even your skin. Healthy food is necessary.
So what is healthy food ? Healthy food is food that has low fat
content .Unless that fat is a good fat such as omega 3. Because the
bad fats increase cholesterol which it cause heart attack plus
healthy food should contain low percentage of sugar and salt.
One of the ways to assure that you
have a healthy diet are :
1-Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on your
kitchen counter ,Add strawberries,
blueberries or bananas to your
cereal, oatmeal, or toast.
2- take a multi vitamin to ensure you
are meeting your nutrition

Quit Smoking:
Cigarettes are considered to be the gate way to drug that lead to
more destructive addictive behaviors and 90% of adult smokers
began smoking while in their teenage year. Smoker die 13 to 14
years, earlier than nonsmokers. Some ways to reduce the
cigarettes rate smoking rates is set allow against selling to
underage and increase the awareness among teenagers and their
families about the harmful effects of smoking cigarettes.
