How protect your health
WANG YI
• Quality of life is what we all want. Good
health helps us achieve a high quality of
life. We are need healthy body. How to
keep we have a healthy body? You can do
it from these aspects:
1. Move More
• Make it a daily challenge to find ways to
move your body. Don't sit in the office and
go to bed and at the computer all day. The
appropriate sports make us more the full
of energy face our work and learning.
1. Move More
• play ping-pong, football and take a walk,
run, ride bicycle with friends. Anything that
moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool,
it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small
increments of time.
2. Cut Fat
• Avoid the obvious such as fried foods,
burgers and other fatty meats. Dairy
products such as cheese, milk and cream
should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts
and sandwich meats, mayonnaise,
margarine, butter and sauces should be
eaten in limited amounts.
2. Cut Fat
• Fiber, fruits and vegetables can help
reduce your risk of some cancers. Most
are available in lower fat versions such as
substitute butter, fat free cheeses and
mayonnaise. Thought for the day: Lean,
mean, fat-burning machine…. Then be
one!
3. Quit Smoking
• smoking can cause lung cancer, but it can
also cause many other cancers and
illnesses.Of the 300 people who die every
day in the china as a result of smoking,
many are comparatively young smokers.
The number of people under the age of 70
who die from smoking-related diseases
exceeds the total figure for deaths caused
by AIDS, traffic accidents and drug
addiction.
3. Quit Smoking
• Non-smokers and ex-smokers can also
look forward to a healthier old age than
smokers. Stopping smoking is the single
biggest thing you can do to improve your
health, The weight of evidence suggests
that smokers should set a date to stop,
and do their best to quit completely from
this point.
4.Reduce Stress
• Easier said than done, stress busters come in many
forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to
think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing
something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the
beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play
with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny
movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate.
Count to ten before losing your temper or getting
aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible.
Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink
clouds….then float on them.
5.Avoid Excessive Drinking
• While recent studies show a glass of wine
or one drink a day can help protect against
heart disease, more than that can cause
other health problems such as liver and
kidney disease and cancer. Thought for
the day: A jug of wine should last a long
time.
6.Listen to Music
• Music can soothe your mind and body to
the point that it’s now being used as a
therapeutic tool by some. You can use
music to your benefit by playing relaxing
tunes before bed, and throughout the
evening to help you wind down and
release tension as bedtime approaches.
These are some of my favorite picks.
