When an accident occurs with a
company vehicle
you are to do the following:
• Instruct the driver to call the police and make
sure they stay safe until rescue help arrives.

envelope and read the instructions on the
outside of the envelope and fill out the yellow
accident report inside.

• Get as much information about the accident.

If the driver has a camera have him take pictures.

or Any Vehicle Involved in the Accident is
being Towed.
