the illegal drugs in the world.
• 8.1% of Americans 12 and over (19.7 million)
are current users of illicit drugs. Use is defined
as any use in the past month.
• Age 12-17: 9.9%
• Age 18-25: 20.1%
• Age 26 and up: 5.8%
