Introduction
Stress
This is caused by an overload of too many things
happening at one time. Stress is bad for the health,
many people suffer from stress on a daily basis. It is
important to decrease the amount of stress or it can
lead to serious health conditions.
Causes of Stress
Causes of stress can develop from many factors such as below:

pressure to perform at work, at school or in sports
money worries
family conflicts
divorce
Bereavement/ Death
alcohol or drug abuse.

Divorce
Parents who divorce because they do not get along well
anymore. This causes a breakup in the family.
Cause 2
Pressure from work or studies
This is developed from an overload of
duties and lack of planning to help
manage the work load.
Cause 3
Alcohol & Drugs
This is caused by choosing to be friends
with the wrong set of people. And some
people like to fit in with their friends so
they feel pressured.
Effects of Stress
Signs leading to health problems or
changing body conditions or unexplained
allergies may be signs of the effects of
stress.
Effect 1
People can start to suffer from panic attacks
and moodiness.
Effect 2
Allergic reactions such as asthma or
stomach problems also can start to
happen
Effect 3
Sadness and depression are the main
symptoms that happen with nearly all the
effects of stress.
Conclusion
It is important to treat stress with care, do not ignore the problems try to find
ways to help yourself.

Relax. It’s important to unwind. Each person has her own way to relax.

Make time for yourself. It’s important to care for yourself. Think of this as
an order from your doctor, so you don’t feel guilty!

Sleep. Sleeping is a great way to help both your body and mind. Your
stress could get worse if you don’t get enough sleep. to get seven to nine
hours of sleep every night.

Eat right. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Eat whole-grains,
such as wheat breads and wheat crackers.
