GEOGRAPHY
• There are four main geographic landforms the broad lowlands in
the north; the central uplands which includes various small
mountain ranges ; the wide valley and gorge of the Rhine river
in the south and the forested mountains and plateaus of the
south.
• Many of Germanys trading routes are from the rivers.
• In the winter the temperature is about 35 degrees Fahrenheit, in
the summer the temperature averages about 68 degrees
Fahrenheit.
THE ECONOMICS
• Germanys GDP per capita is $39,100.
• Their unemployment rate is 6.5%.
• The poverty rate is 15.5%.
• The inflation rate is 2.2%.
• Germanys quality of life is pretty good for most of the country.
CULTURE
• The greeting in Germany is a handshake which shows they are
professional.
• Chewing gum and talking while your hands are in your pocket is
very disrespectful which shows they are very strict.
• Germans enjoy gathering for conversation or social events so
they like to have fun to.

• The new chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel was trying to
save the Obama presidency for the election in 2012 and then
Obama became the president of the united states.
• In 2011 chancellor Merkel received the highest civilian honor the
U.S bestows: The presidential medal of freedom.
