• Strengthen evidence-base to inform
management, health planners, health care

• Improvement of tools for health data
management and better understanding of
their use in emergency and disaster response
• Increase dialogue between national, regional
and international organizations and actors
working in emergency and disaster
response.

• Make use of AlShifa program in health
institutions and provide Electronic linkage
between regions to ease the flow of data
transfer, particularly during disasters.
