SC C2 Strategic Plan
New SC C2 structure:

Within SC C2 a new structure was introduced.
A new Strategic Advisory Group was created.
Members of this AG include the SC Chairman and Secretary, the three former AG
conveners and all current WG conveners.
This Strategic AG plans to hold meetings approx. twice a year.
Advantages are faster reaction possibilities and an intensified horizontal dialogue
between the WGs of the three main areas of SC C2.
The former AGs were disbanded.
With the new structure, the study committee is in line with the SC reference model decided
by the TC: “Advisory Groups with only one person should be avoided.”
The Strategic Plan for SC C2 will be reviewed within the next months.
The review will take into account the TC Strategic Plan, to which the revised C2 plan will
be aligned.
