OUR PRODUCTS TUBULAR HEATER PHPI Tubular Heaters are the most versatile and widely used sources of electric heat for industrial, commercial and scientific applications. They can be designed in a wide range of electrical rating, diameters, lengths, terminations and sheath materials. Important and useful characteristics of tubular heaters are that they can be formed into virtually any shape, brazed or welded to any metal surface, and cast into metals. MICA BAND HEATER Led by the high performance MI (mineral insulated) Band heater, the patented, flexible Band Heater and the standard mica band heater for specialized constructions, low watt band and nozzle heaters are ideal for every type of plastics processing equipment. AIR HEATER Heat Torches are robust air heating tools designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements. Heat air up to 760°C (1400° F) with flow rates of 0.3 SCFM to 100 SCFM at wattages up to 20 KW. Designed for use with compressed air or regenerative blowers. CARTRIDGE HEATER Cartridge Heater is a proven performer like the High Density Cartridge Heater (HDC). That’s because the same quality materials go into its constructions; MgO insulations, nickel-chromium resistance wire, silicone-fiberglass insulated lead wires. The only difference is that the Medium Density Cartridge is packaged in a more economical design. Instead of having the high watt density capabilities; it’s made of medium watt density application. These heating elements can be supplied with all the different connection leads. Supplied with surface load up to 15w / cm2. HI DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS We manufacture our high density cartridge heaters using only high quality materials, which guarantees that they operate even under extreme conditions. Major areas of use are tools heating in plasticsplants, packaging-machines, foundry- technology, as well as medical devices. We offer you standard sizes with 20 different diameters ranging from 6.0 mm to 25 mm and lengths from 40 mm to 500 mm. The heating power of these cartridge heaters ranges between 100 and 4000 watts. Thus, they are suitable for most industry applications for fast delivery. We carry a variety of standard cartridge heaters in stock. STRIP HEATER Strip heaters are just as the name indicates. A flat metal heater whose width and length are manufactured to different sizes, depending on the application. They can also be categorized by the mechanism of heat transfer, such as radiant strip heaters. Sheath material can be composed of zinc-coated steel or stainless steel with mica or mineral insulated material used as the insulating material between the sheath and the heating core. Incoming voltage termination can be from terminal studs to armored covered cable, depending on the application. Watt density may be up to 100 watts /sq. in. with sheath temperatures reaching 1400 degrees F.(760 degrees C.). One style of strip heaters allows the addition of metal fins to be added to the sheath, which makes the heater adaptable for forced air applications. Applications range from thermoforming, hot plates and zinc pots.
