Haiku! Book
My compilation of Haiku
By Andrew Lee 7E
Blooming in the breeze,
Exploring, playing,
blowing,
Flowing through, slowly.
Growing in silence,
Expanding with the
windfall,
Red and pink surrounds.
Slowly moving about,
Spanning the depths of
nature,
Giving birth to new.
Nature--its beauty,
Animals crawling upon the
ground,
Sounding off a beat.
•
Flowers are blooming,
•
Sun reflected in the grass,
•
Silence is dimming.
The air is silent,
Rain pouring down in the
streams,
Collected, waiting.
The bird chirps its song,
The creak croaking with its
frogs,
Spring will soon arrive
Sleet will fill the ground,
Snow will cover as a sheet,
Winters solitude.
There are the climbers,
There are the varieties,
There is one nature.
•
Shining with the light,
•
Sending freedom of flight,
•
Shine bright, little star.
Space, expanding, dim,
Sound escaping, hiding in,
Send in the nature.
Banding together,
Bouncing with the drifting
wind,
Bound to reach the end.
Panting a slow breath,
The force pushes through
the grass,
The wind is a force.
Diving to treasure,
Pushing against the
rubble,
The rock crumbles down.
The wolf to soon strike,
The prey hoping to survive,
The catch is golden.
•
Floating and drifting,
•
Hanging up onto a breath,
•
Waiting for splashes.
Underground and down,
Closer and closer, the
core,
Molten rock and stone.
Standing on the edge,
The wind blows fiercely on
you,
Waves splash back n’ front.
•
Cloudy and gloomy,
•
Let the sunshine shine all
day,
•
Push the shade away.
Oh nature, please stay,
Give us a chance and wait
once,
Be sure to not pass.
A man walks downtown,
He finds a fallen tree-trunk,
Devastation and loss.
Rushing with power,
The flow is unstoppable,
The water falls down.
Sitting on the ground,
We fall forth but never back
up,
The leaves plummet down.
Burning into ashes,
The timberland sinks
earthbound,
We must preserve Earth.
Pouncing to the prey,
Attacking the surroundings,
We wait for the dawn.
