Chika Groundwater Executives CC (Chika) is an emerging, 100% black-owned and managed
professional consulting firm providing groundwater and related geo-environmental solutions to
clients;
We offer a professional service , undertaken and reviewed by professional geo-environmental
scientists;
We take our clients’ groundwater and geo-environmental challenges as our own;
We treat our clients as kings and offer them free after-service advices;
Our dependability is anchored by our network of reputable geo-specialists which enables us to
draw skills which our company might not possess, to complete the projects on time and budget.

4. STAFF COMPLEMENT
Tuis Mahlangu (Pr.Sci.Nat) - Founder and Environmental Geologist
Chika was solely founded by Mr Tuis Mahlangu. He is a geology graduate from TUT and
registered with SACNASP as a Professional Natural Scientist (Reg. no. 400293/07). He has
worked for six reputable geo-environmental companies for a period of twelve years on geoenvironmental impact assessment projects for a both the private and public sector clients. His
responsibilities ranged between data collection and compilation of final reports.
During his tenure as an employee, he acquired skills and gained a lot of experience in the
following areas of specialisations, namely; water (surface and ground) quality monitoring and
impact remediation; hydro-geological investigations; water and soil sampling; hydro-census,
groundwater protection protocol development; environmental auditing; geophysical
investigation; borehole siting; borehole drilling; pumping test supervision and data analyses;
chemistry laboratory data analysis and interpretation; report writing; computer literacy;
environmental authorization applications and wetland delineation. His final products (reports)
are based on the accuracy of the field data which he prefers collecting it himself. (Detailed CV

Sam is responsible for the collection of samples, capturing and processing of the field data.

Mr Tuis Mahlangu is currently the sole owner of the company and therefore a 100%
shareholder.
