Its purpose
To allow the efficient delivery of expertise
on EU environment policies and
instruments at short notice in response to
demand from stakeholders in emerging and
middle-income countries in Asia (China,
India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia,
Thailand, Vietnam), Latin America (Brazil,
Chile, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala,
Mexico) and Africa (Kenya, Nigeria and
South Africa).
