• Our theme for this semester revolves around
sustainable communities. Assignment #1 – write a
brief description of the term “sustainability”.
• We will cover the text completely Chapters 1-18.
• There are a number of articles that you will read
over the semester (listed on the assignments page)
and we will discuss them together.
• Every Friday, a different student will present an
