 Use Change Models to encourage growth of an
ecology that permits teachers to model and
promote 21st century skills
 Promote modelling in teacher education and
leadership professional development
 Recognize that the teacher’s role becomes
unbundled to network with others beyond the
school
 Involve leaders on all dimensions
