• They serve as liaison to all Regional Boards and
Associations.
• They are a direct representative to the CRS
Chapter
• They promote and coordinate local CRS meetings,
CRS Education classes and the CRS designation
along with membership and growth of the
Chapter within their regions

any of the State Board Meetings.
2. You may have voting rights depending on your
CRS Chapter guidelines.

Promote that current CRS Designees raise Consumer Awareness of
why it is important to use a Realtor® who has earned the CRS (Start
the BUZZ!):
1. The CRS designation is the "PhD" of Real Estate
2. Only 3% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation and these
3% represent 25% of the residential real estate business in our
industry.
3. The CRS designation is the Realtor’s® choice
4. To the Consumer: "If you're not going to choose me to represent
you as your Realtor®, please do yourself a favor and at least choose
a CRS!"
