The VPN box has one internal Ipaddress of
the form 10.3.x.x with a subnet mask
255.255.255.0
It must have on the external a public ip
address on internet.
If only a dynamic public address is provided a
DDNS subscription must be provided.
If there is a firewall to access internet
PPTP,IPSEC and GRE47 must be enabled.
